Amazing is the only way to describe our Stste Farm agent of more than 35 years, Cindy Jackson. We recently experienced a multiple vehicle accident while headed to vacation. We were 6 hours into our 12 hour drive when the unthinkable happened, thankfully everyone was uninjuried. We immediately filed a claim through the app while still on the side of the road while police were clearing the accident. Our truck was totalled and we had no idea what to do next....that's when Cindy helped us immediately as we had a slight issue with it being the weekend/after hours! She made sure the Customer Care reached out to us immediately to assisted in getting us a rental at the very least the next morning. She went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of so that we could get back on the road to continue on to our vacation.
